Batur Sunrise trekking is one of the popular tourist attractions. This is a great tour if you want to get some exercise and fresh air combined with pretty intense physical activity and a great view. Mount Batur Volcano
Mount Batur is an active volcano located at the center of two concentric calderas north west of Mount Agung on the island of Bali. The first documented eruption of Batur was in 1804, and it has been frequently active since then, most recently in 2000. The substantial lava field from the 1963 eruption is visible today when viewed from Kintamani. Although mount Batur not so high only 1.717 meters above sea level, but this mountain still offers sensational challenging of climbing which capable to spur adrenalin. This is particularly what most climbers felt after climbing mount Batur both for beginners to professional. Therefore, you are going to hike this volcano should prepare proper equipment and fit physical.
Trekking Itenerary
- 30-03.00 : Pick up time depend on your hotel location, From your hotel will drive direct to start point
- 45 am : Arrival at starting point, Our English-speaking guides will give you a quick briefing with information about your trek and the safety procedures.
- 10 am : Our guide will take you on a one and a half hour trek to reach the top or summit to see sunrise
- 00 am : Arrival at the crater summit where we soak up the spectacular sunrise and views and enjoy your breakfast box.
- 00 am : Continue our trek around the entire crater of Mount Batur.
- 00 am : Arrive back at car park and then visit coffee plantation.
- 00 am : Stop of at coffee plantation.
- 30 am : Leave coffee plantation and drive back to the hotel.
- 00 pm: Arrive back at your hotel, depend of your hotel location.
